Ken Schoudt took over as the Athletic Director for Delsea Regional High School in 2014 and become only the fourth AD Delsea has ever had. Since taking over Delsea sports have enjoyed multiple victories in various tournaments among all major sports. As AD for Delsea, Ken has a lot of different responsibilities which include scheduling, speaking with students and coaches, and much much more. He spoke about how his career has given him a lot of knowledge on how students are able to balance their lives between various activities such as academics, athletics, social life, and employment. Ken spoke about this in his audio profile that is embedded below, and how he sees his, and his coaches’ roles in the lives of Delsea students. It was very interesting to hear what Ken had to say about the differences between high school and college athletics, as well as the similarities between the two.
